X4 Pro
The X4 Pro has no front buttons, so these settings do not apply to it. It uses the touch screen, a capacitive Home key and two edge keys. See RetroInk on the X4 Pro for the full list. In short:
- Home key: short press goes Home; long press opens the reader menu in a book.
- Edge keys: move the highlight in lists and turn pages in a book.
- Power: keeps its short and long press actions and is no longer used as Select.
Side Button Long-press Action
When set to Change Font Size, hold a side button for about 2 seconds:

Footnote Shortcut
When a shortcut is mapped to Footnotes, the shortcut opens the footnotes submenu while reading. If the current page has only one footnote, CrossInk opens that referenced page directly.
The Quick-return from Footnotes setting controls whether the Power button acts like Back after opening a footnote page, making it faster to return to the original reading position.
